CHARLOTTE, NC - Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to share that on March 6, 2020, Timaura Barfield participated in North Carolina Bar Foundation’s '4ALL Statewide Service Day.' The pro bono event, held at WBTV Charlotte, provided an opportunity for members of the public to call in to speak with lawyers and receive legal information and/or referral resources regarding North Carolina-related legal matters. Timaura served on the planning committee for this event, in addition to her pro bono and volunteer work.

Timaura’s practice focuses primarily on defending health care providers in medical malpractice cases and before regulatory authorities. Through the mentorship of experienced medical malpractice lawyers, coupled with her significant legal research and writing background, she has proven to be a passionate lawyer for the clients she represents.
