Stephanie Daniel Appointed to Mecklenburg County Bar Board of Directors for Three-Year Term

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte Partner Stephanie Daniel is continuing to strengthen her involvement with the Mecklenburg County Bar, as she was recently elected to the Board of Directors for a three-year term, in addition to the Mecklenburg County Bar’s Finance Committee.

Stephanie’s engagement and service to the Mecklenburg County Bar has been impressive over the years including: Mecklenburg County Bar Association, Board Member (2018-2019; 2020-2023); Audit Committee, Member (2017-2020), Chair (2019-2020); Estate Planning and Probate Section, Chair (2017-2018); Finance Committee, Member (2014-2017; 2020-2023).

The mission of the Mecklenburg County Bar is to serve the public and the Bar members in improving and preserving the administration of justice, and to assist the North Carolina State Bar as described by statutory requirements.

Stephanie’s practice focuses on trusts, estates, business law, and litigation relating to those areas of the law. She counsels clients through the estate planning process and draws on her experience in wealth management to prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, powers of attorneys, and premarital agreements, as well as various business succession and asset protection documents.
