TOLEDO, OH – Tessa M. Bayly rounds out Shumaker’s Corporate practice group as an associate in the already robust team. Tessa brings with her practical experience, allowing her to effectively and efficiently represent her clients' interests.

While in law school, Tessa served as a Note & Comment Editor for the Toledo Law Review, where she presented at the Law Review Student Symposium and published scholarship in the Review’s Fall 2019 issue. Tessa also gained hands-on experience through two summer internships in the legal department of an investment company in the Chicago area and by spending a semester as a United States Securities and Exchange Commission Legal Honors Intern in the Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C.
