SARASOTA, FL – Associates Jade Davis and Maris Snell have graduated from Leadership Sarasota as a part of the Class of 2021. Leadership Sarasota is the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce flagship program designed to enhance the participants awareness of the community and its needs by examining how leadership in the historical, geographical, educational, economic, governmental, and cultural segments work together to perpetuate and advance the Sarasota County community. 

As a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group, Jade focuses her practice on the areas of construction, real estate and commercial litigation.  Her multifaceted practice engages with clients in various industries where she handles a wide array of disputes such as construction defect, design and delay claims, product liability, real estate disclosures, leasing and business employment issues.

Maris is in the Broker-Dealer Litigation practice group and focuses her practice on broker-dealer litigation and arbitration. She is a member of a team of Shumaker lawyers who represent large financial institutions and high net-worth individuals in securities litigation and violations of contractual covenants.
