CHARLESTON, SC – Charleston Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Charleston) Network Founding Member and Commercial Real Estate Lawyer Cynthia Spieth Morton has joined Shumaker’s Charleston office as a Partner. Cynthia has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. Cynthia’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, with a heavy emphasis on developer-related transactions. Cynthia also assists clients in lease negotiation, restrictive covenant development, land use planning, and financing transactions.
