CHARLOTTE, NC – Andrew J. Bosserman, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who formerly worked at a top 200 public accounting firm and as an IRS agent, has joined Shumaker as an associate in its Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line. Andrew’s experience allows him to understand “both sides of the table,” auditing businesses and individuals, as well as defending them during an IRS audit.

Andrew’s experience as a CPA, as well as his dedication and thorough examination of the law allow him to successfully counsel clients on structuring business entities and transactions, business entity taxation, federal and state tax controversy, and tax planning. In addition, as a former owner and operator of a tree farm, Andrew has first-hand experience with the issues faced by business owners.
