Partner Rebecca Shope will serve as the Regional Leader of the Labor, Employment and Benefits Service Line, with Partner Scott Newsom named Team Leader for Benefits.

“As the workplace continues to evolve, our team offers clients a wide range of legal services to manage the complex relationship between employers and employees. Our attorneys provide advice and implement strategies that reflect our deep understanding of the businesses we serve,” shared Rebecca. “Employee benefits and executive compensation are specialties that require particular expertise. He has extensive experience in leading strategies to navigate the constantly developing areas of employee benefits and executive compensation.”

In addition, Shumaker has named Partner Beth Eckel as the Regional Leader of the Real Estate and Development Service Line.
