Samantha Peckham Appointed to the Tampa Club Board of Directors

TAMPA, FL – Shumaker lawyer Samantha Peckham has been appointed to the Tampa Club Board of Directors (the Board), joining fellow Shumaker lawyer, Partner and Community Associations Business Sector Chair Jonathan Ellis, who serves on the Board as Club President. The Tampa Club is located in the heart of downtown Tampa and is a members-only business and social club favored by Tampa’s business elite since 1981. Club membership consists of senior level executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs, as well as military, civic, and community leaders.

Samantha is a part of Shumaker’s Litigation and Disputes Service Line. Her practice is focused on commercial and business litigation, as well as disputes amongst beneficiaries in trust and estate litigation. Samantha represents national commercial landlords with complex contract disputes, evictions, and collections. She also has experience with litigation surrounding construction defects, employment disputes, insurance issues, and health care matters.

Samantha's practice also includes probate and fiduciary litigation involving contested trust and estate proceedings, and the modification and reformation of wills. She also assists with tortious interference and undue influence claims.

Samantha’s experience provides the opportunity to resolve claims through negotiation, mediation, appraisal, and litigation. She is passionate about representing the interests of her clients.
