Shumaker Partner Scot A. Hinshaw Continues Service on the Rotary Club of Toledo Board of Directors

TOLEDO, OH — Long-time member of the Rotary Club of Toledo Scot Hinshaw will continue his service on the Toledo Rotary Board of Directors for the 2022-2023 Rotary Year. A partner at Shumaker, Scot has been involved with the Rotary Club of Toledo since 2015. In his seven years as a member, Scot has served as Co-Chair of the New Member Committee (2016-2017), Co-Chair of the Constitution Committee (2017-2018), Chair of the Member Engagement Committee (2018-2019), and on the Board of Directors (2019-present).

The Rotary Club of Toledo is a fellowship of Toledo leaders engaged in service to the local and world community. Founded on May 3, 1912, the Rotary Club of Toledo is currently the 10th largest Rotary Club in the world. As a nonprofit organization comprised of business and professional leaders, the Rotary Club of Toledo proudly adheres to high ethical standards, builds community goodwill, develops relationships through networking, encourages fellowship and mutual respect, and provides humanitarian service to groups in need at home and abroad.

In practice for more than two decades, Scot focuses on employment and labor law and commercial litigation. He prides himself on his responsiveness to clients and his ability to evaluate issues with an eye towards the client’s larger business goals and risks.
