TAMPA, FL – Shumaker attorney Samantha R. Samantha represents national commercial landlords with complex contract disputes, evictions, and collections. She also has experience with litigation surrounding construction defects, employment disputes, and health care matters.

Samantha's practice also includes probate and fiduciary litigation involving contested trust and estate proceedings, as well as the modification and reformation of wills. Additionally, she assists with tortious interference and undue influence claims.
