Scot A. Hinshaw Elected Vice President of Board of Directors for 10th Largest Rotary Club in the World

TOLEDO, OH – Shumaker Partner Scot A. Hinshaw has been elected Vice President of the Rotary Club of Toledo Board of Directors (Board) for the 2023-2024 club year, putting him in line to hold the Board president position in 2025. The Rotary Club of Toledo is number 44 out of 32,000 worldwide and is currently the 10th largest Rotary Club in the world. Scot has been a member of the Club since 2015, where he has been instrumental in the coordination of the Kids Against Hunger Food Pack. He currently oversees and acts as board liaison to the Membership Engagement and Recruitment Committee and the Constitution Committee.

“Our Nominating Committee proudly nominated Scot because of his continued commitment to our members, our Toledo community, and Rotary International,” said Jaci Bugaj, Executive Director of Rotary Club of Toledo. “Scot is a highly engaged board member and always willing to assist with a new project when asked.”

In practice for more than two decades, Scot focuses on employment and labor law and commercial litigation. He prides himself on his responsiveness to clients and his ability to evaluate issues with an eye towards the client’s larger business goals and risks.
