TAMPA, FL – For the third year in a row, Shumaker Partner Chris Cavaliere will serve as a judge for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Better Workplaces Challenge Cup, which identifies both tech startups and Human Resources (HR) practitioners solving critical workplace challenges.

“The Challenge Cup is like an HR version of the TV show ‘Shark Tank,’” said Chris. “Entrepreneurs in the HR space pitch their innovative business concepts to a panel of judges to secure funding. I am honored and thrilled to be asked to serve as a judge again for this competition.”

Beginning February 21, there will be three rounds of competition that conclude with a $50,000 cash prize, investment opportunities, and media coverage. More information about the Challenge Cup can be found here
