Today, the firm is announcing that Partner Andrew Culicerto will serve as Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate, Construction and Development Business Sector.

Andy represents clients in the areas of complex construction litigation, contract drafting/negotiations, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and all aspects of the construction process from bid to completion. He is licensed in both North and South Carolina. Andy has been active in the Construction Law Section of the North Carolina and South Carolina Bar Associations and is a past member of the Carolinas AGC Board of Directors.
