TOLEDO, OH — Shumaker is pleased to announce that Brandon J. Imbery has joined the firm as Controller, where he will play an essential role in managing Shumaker’s financial operations, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing financial accuracy across the organization.

In his new role, Brandon will oversee the accumulation and management of Shumaker’s financial data, partnering closely with the firm’s CFO on partner compensation and capital planning initiatives. He will also work with Shumaker’s Management and Finance Committees to deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis, providing vital insights that support the firm’s goals.

Brandon brings over 11 years of experience in financial management from Dana Incorporated, where he gained a broad range of expertise across Pricing/Accounting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Most recently, he served as Assistant Controller for Dana’s Drive Axle Napoleon division, overseeing production and financials for high-profile projects, including the Ford Ranger and Ford Bronco drive axles.
