TOLEDO, OH — Shumaker is excited to welcome Madison D. Hamm as the newest associate in its Litigation and Disputes Service Line. A former 2023 Summer Associate with Shumaker, Madison brings a diligent, detail-oriented, and innovative approach to addressing her clients’ legal challenges.
Madison’s addition marks the continued expansion of Shumaker’s Litigation and Disputes Service Line, which has recently added six new associates. This growth reflects the firm’s commitment to providing clients with top-tier legal talent and strengthening its ability to handle complex disputes.

Madison earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2024. During her time at Villanova, she served as Reimel Administrator for the Villanova Law Moot Court Board, organizing the prestigious annual Theodore L. Reimel Moot Court Competition. Her hands-on legal experience includes internships with the Bucks County Public Defender’s Office and an externship with the Honorable Michael M. Baylson at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
