Shumaker opened its Dade City office in February 2022. Dade City is located in the rolling hills of eastern Pasco County and is a representation of old historic Florida. Established in 1889, Dade City is the county seat of Pasco County and its local economy has historically been tied to agriculture, centered primarily on citrus and cattle production. Over time, however, employment has shifted more to innovative, manufacturing, and service industry jobs.
While this office focuses mainly on real estate, and public policy and government affairs, Shumaker attorneys in our Tampa, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg offices are available to provide a wide variety of legal services, including, but not limited to, corporate, health care, and litigation.
