Allison M. Zick

Allison is a reliable, proactive paralegal with over a decade of experience working in corporate law. She helps guide clients through mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, entity formations and reorganizations, and financial transactions, bringing a creative approach to business concerns that clients and colleagues alike appreciate.

A native of Cleveland, OH, Allison worked as a corporate paralegal at a Massachusetts-area law firm before joining Shumaker. She holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Duke University, a B.A. in Anthropology/Archaeology from Ohio University, and a Certificate in Genealogical Research from Boston University.

Outside of the office, Allison enjoys researching genealogy, reading, watching soccer and football, and spending time with friends and family.
