  • Administered the defense of a fire subrogation investigation resulting in no liability before suit
  • Defended a subrogation claim related to a mechanical fire related to alleged repairs
  • Investigated multiple slip and fall claims, which after investigation resulted in no lawsuit and no payment
  • Serve as counsel to insured during the investigation and defense of numerous insurance claims
  • Perform loss mitigation and prevention examinations including on-site inspections to make recommendations

  • After a day-long bench trial, prevailed on liability and damages for a breach of non-compete case
  • Prevailed at summary judgment defending a related civil business bankruptcy claim seeking several million dollars
