A member of the Litigation & Disputes Service Line, Erin brings her broad legal background and detail-oriented approach to the table to guide clients through every stage of the dispute resolution process. She focuses her practice on general litigation matters, including trust, business contract, real property, and insurance disputes.
Erin has extensive litigation and trial experience, having previously worked on class action defense, pharmaceuticals, toxic tort, family law, and insurance cases across all federal and state jurisdictions. Her comprehensive handling of these cases include:
- Taking/defending dispositions
- Drafting memorandum/briefings
- Developing expert witness testimony
- Preparing clients
- Managing cases
- Conducting legal research
Dedicated to giving back to her community, Erin was awarded Highest Honors in the 2024 Capital Pro Bono Honor Roll, a recognition given to attorneys in Washington, D.C. with more than 100 qualifying pro bono hours per year. Now a Florida resident, she is a member of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance; Harbor58—a nonprofit organization that provides resources and mentorship support to youth aging out of foster care—and the Lakewood Ranch Girls Who Walk club.
Outside of the office, Erin enjoys skiing, snowboarding, exploring local restaurants, and going on long walks with her goldendoodle, Finn.
