John brings more than 25 years of expertise in various industries to his role as Chief Financial Officer of Shumaker Advisors. A Certified Public Accountant, he has built his career on providing strategic financial leadership to multi-entity organizations, with experience spanning corporate financial operations, multi-million-dollar construction projects, and real estate development.
With a deep understanding of the financial and operational dimensions of business, John excels in guiding organizations through major initiatives by creating strategic plans, securing resources, and implementing effective structures and processes to ensure successful execution. His ability to manage complexity and partnerships, while staying mindful of the broader perspective, makes him a trusted advisor and leader within Shumaker Advisors.
John is currently the President of Allgeier Enterprises, LLC and most recently served as Vice President of Real Estate Development, Construction, and Operations for Moffitt Cancer Center's SPEROS campus, where he played a pivotal role in advancing a major federal, state and county supported organizational real estate development initiatives.
