Kathy is a paralegal in the Litigation & Disputes Service Line with a strong background in civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense, which includes 15 years working with defense counsel in nursing home litigation. She also has experience with managing wrongful death cases, asbestos litigation defense, and employment litigation defense, personal injury matters, and probate estate administration.
Detail-oriented and thorough, Kathy regularly assists attorneys with drafting responses to discovery requests, witness interviews, background investigations, analyzing and summarizing documents and medical records, and communicating with clients, experts, and other professionals.
