Kathryn F. Young

A member of the Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line, Kathryn focuses her practice on commercial contract work, corporate governance, and transactions. She has experience working with private and public companies across many industries and advises them on a variety of transactional matters.

Kathryn's transactional experience includes:

  • Reorganizations
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate governance
  • Employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs)

As an undergraduate at the University of Richmond, Kathryn played on the Division I women’s varsity golf team. Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys playing golf, watching movies, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her 93-year-old grandmother.
