Kimberly is an associate in the Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line. Her practice focuses on general corporate and transactional matters, including commercial transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

An alumna of The University of Toledo College of Law, Kimberly graduated magna cum laude, was elected to the Order of the Coif, and received a full-tuition Leadership Scholarship. While in law school, she served as Symposium Editor of The University of Toledo Law Review and organized the symposium "Beyond the Code: Ethical and Regulatory Dimensions of AI in Law." Her published work includes the article "Mending Broken Hearts: Regulatory Response to America's Heart Disease Epidemic."
