Krystina brings diversified experience across criminal, civil, and administrative matters, with a practice rooted in creative problem solving and adaptability to each client's unique needs. She began her legal career defending clients in high-stakes litigation involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and toxic torts. Today, her practice centers on environmental law and compliance, insurance recovery, and a broad range of civil litigation.
Krystina counsels clients on day-to-day environmental compliance, permitting, and administrative issues, and she regularly assists with insurance recovery in environmental matters, including those related to Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) sites and underground storage tanks. Her experience also includes representing the State of Ohio and Governor Mike DeWine in complex civil matters, as well as defending clients in white-collar criminal cases. With extensive trial and courtroom experience, Krystina is skilled at navigating multifaceted disputes and achieving practical, result-driven solutions.
In addition to her litigation and environmental work, Krystina has also advised a student-athlete on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) matters, helping navigate the legal and business considerations involved in building a personal brand. Her guidance included forming an LLC, coordinating with accountants and financial managers, and developing a merchandising plan designed to balance liability protection with tax efficiency and long-term growth.
Deeply committed to her community, Krystina serves on the Risk Committee of The Buckeye Ranch. She is a lifelong resident of the Columbus area, growing up in Upper Arlington and attending Columbus School for Girls, where she played on the varsity golf team.
Krystina earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and her M.A. in Public Affairs from The Ohio State University. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature with a Minor in Film Studies from Michigan State University. Outside of the office, Krystina enjoys traveling, pilates, playing golf, and spending time with her family and her two dogs.

Representative Matters
- Following a four year grand jury investigation, served as counsel in the successful defense of a price fixing, bid rigging, and fraud case brought by the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. Discovery produced by the five prosecutors consisted of almost three terabytes of data, while their exhibit list was 160 pages long. After a three week jury trial in U.S. District Court in Tampa, FL, the jury deliberated for two days before returning verdicts of "not guilty" on all counts.
