A transactional attorney, Lathan deftly guides clients through the complexities of corporate and real estate deals, working to protect and promote their interests while proactively identifying potential pitfalls.
Lathan earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. Prior to attending law school, he spent several years working for the federal government in Washington, D.C.—an experience that sparked his interest in the legal profession. He earned his B.A from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Outside of the office, Lathan enjoys reading, running, and cheering on the Tar Heels.
