Lauren is a member of Shumaker's Real Estate, Construction & Development Service Line, where she advises clients on all phases of commercial and residential real estate—from property acquisitions, negotiations, and financing to development projects and leasing arrangements.
Known for her business-forward approach to real estate matters, Lauren has experience managing multiple aspects of real estate transactions, guiding residential and commercial clients through negotiating agreements, drafting real estate documents, reviewing title, and solving title defects. She brings the insights and business sense she gained from this experience to her work representing institutional investors, private developers, lending institutions, and other key players in the real estate scene.
Lauren earned both her J.D. and MBA from Stetson University and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University. In her free time, Lauren enjoys running, playing pickleball, and exploring new restaurants with family and friends.
