A member of Shumaker's Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line, LeeAnn handles a variety of corporate, commercial real estate — including landlord-tenant, leasing, and transactions — and franchising matters.
With nearly a decade of legal experience, LeeAnn leverages the full breadth and depth of the knowledge and insights she gained working on matters related to litigation, corporate law, and commercial real estate to the benefit of clients and colleagues alike. She attended Piedmont Community College and is a member of the National Alliance for Law Enforcement Supporters.
In her free time, LeeAnn enjoys attending her children's sporting events, hiking in the mountains, road trips across the U.S., and lounging at the beach.
