Mark has extensive experience in environmental law, litigation, and administrative law. Having worked with businesses in a wide range of industries. Mark has significant experience in commercial real estate transactions involving environmental issues and has managed environmental aspects of complex multi-site projects, including general due diligence, team oversight, and the commission, review, and comment on all phases of environmental site assessment reports.

In addition, Mark advises clients on mitigating or avoiding environmental risks associated with commercial business and real estate matters and on contractual agreements relating to oil and gas leases. His background includes:
