Marshall is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property team, where he handles a wide variety of matters for trademark, patent, and copyright law disputes.
A graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, Marshall served as a student practitioner for Wake's Intellectual Property Clinic, which gave him the opportunity to represent clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, he interned as a Summer Associate in Shumaker's Charlotte office.
Outside of work, Marshall enjoys scuba diving, playing golf, and walking his dog, Winston.
