Diligent and solutions oriented, Nicole is a member of Shumaker's Litigation & Disputes Service Line, where she assists business owners with all manner of commercial disputes. Clients value her vast trial experience and responsiveness as she works to achieve swift, favorable resolutions to their concerns.
Nicole has extensive experience handling environmental disputes, including water pollution control laws and regulations, having previously worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Enforcement Section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Prior to joining Shumaker, she also worked at another Columbus-area law firm, where she assisted with a three-week arbitration regarding a powerplant being built on a college campus and helped secure a very favorable eight-figure award for the client.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Nicole was born in a leap year and enjoys cooking family recipes and caring for her rottweiler, Bambi.
