A member of the Corporate, Tax & Transactions Service Line, Phillip advises clients on a wide range of corporate and business law matters. Formerly a member of two prominent Silicon Valley law firms where he focused on corporate and securities law, Phillip also regularly counsels entrepreneurs about their emerging companies and works with students and faculty at the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University to help develop their business ideas into technology start-ups.
Working collaboratively with his clients, Phillip offers long-term practical solutions for matters related to:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Securities offerings
- Venture capital financing
- Business formation
- Corporate governance and general corporate matters
Phillip currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Toledo Opera.
