Terry is a seasoned transactional paralegal with more than two decades of experience supporting complex business and real estate matters. He is a member of the Real Estate, Construction & Development Service Line.
Prior to joining Shumaker, Terry provided freelance and contract-based legal support to attorneys and small businesses throughout the U.S., with a focus on real estate transactions, business acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract management. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ohio University and a Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University Law School.
Outside of the office, Terry is a big fan of spending time with his many nieces and nephews, and he is an even bigger fan of dropping them off with their parents at the end of the day.
