Todd A. Hayes

Charlotte & Minneapolis Office Administrator

As the office administrator for Shumaker's Charlotte and Minneapolis offices, Todd acts as liaison between professional and support staff and oversees the day-to-day operations of the offices. With 19 years of prior experience as a litigation paralegal, he has a keen understanding of how to effectively help staff members. 

In his role, Todd assists in hiring, as well as in creating, implementing, and reviewing office procedures. He has an appreciation for the role of timekeepers and ensures that proper administrative support allows them to be more efficient in serving their clients.

For more than 20 years, Todd has been involved with his community as an Election Day precinct volunteer.
