As Director of Operations, Wendy promotes a positive, inclusive culture and ensures a safe environment for professionals, employees, and guests. She maintains operational oversight of the firm's Ohio offices. With over 30 years of experience, Wendy brings expertise in supervising and consulting management on strategic staffing plans, training and development, budgeting, and labor relations. Before assuming her current role, she held positions in the Human Resources field.
Wendy is member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Northwest Ohio Association of Legal Administrators. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, riding motorcycles, hiking, and playing golf.
