An experienced commercial litigator, Andrew deftly guides clients through litigation processes and defends their business interests. He handles matters involving business torts, breach of contract, trademark and copyright disputes, trade secrets, covenants not to compete, non-solicitation agreements, and shareholder and derivative actions.

Andrew prides himself on advising clients how to preemptively reduce or mitigate risks often associated with costly litigation. He is a staunch client advocate, tenaciously defending his clients through all stages of litigation when needed.

A native of Salisbury, Andrew left North Carolina to attend Louisiana State University (LSU), where he was a four-year member of the LSU Drumline. After his undergraduate studies, Andrew obtained his M.S. from the University of Louisville, KY before returning to LSU and earning his J.D. from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. 

Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing basketball and tennis, fishing, and following LSU athletics.
