Natalie N. Baine

Associate

A driven and diligent attorney, Natalie is a member of the Litigation and Disputes Service Line, where she focuses on community association law. She zealously represents the interests of board members and professional managers of condominium and homeowners’ associations.

Prior to joining Shumaker, Natalie worked at a national insurance defense firm and represented clients in a broad range of general civil litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, and construction defect cases. She graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. During her time in law school, Natalie served as a research editor on the Stetson Law Review, a teaching assistant for a Federal Pre-Trial Procedure course, and a research assistant for professors teaching Criminal Law and White Collar Crime, as well as Professional Responsibility and the First Amendment.

When she’s not in the office, Natalie enjoys running, going to the beach, traveling with friends, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
