Since 2005, Ginny has focused her practice on administrative and regulatory representation. Her work has had a profound impact on Florida’s legal landscape, particularly in the energy sector, where she has guided electric utilities through regulatory and permitting approvals for capital projects, rulemaking, and litigation. She has been involved in the certification of nearly every high-voltage transmission line proposed in Florida since 2005. Ginny’s depth of experience extends to advising on procurement matters and offering clients comprehensive legal strategies that leverage legal, political, legislative, and public relations tools to achieve their goals.
Ginny began her legal career overseas, representing foreign governments and corporations in high-stakes international litigation and arbitration. Working in Washington, D.C. and London from 1999 to 2005, she handled complex legal issues that required not only deep legal experience but also cultural awareness, advanced communication, and innovative conflict resolution strategies. Among her notable achievements, she represented the Government of Ethiopia in boundary disputes and litigation involving humanitarian and wartime legal violations, showcasing her commitment to integrity and professionalism as valuable assets for her clients.
In addition to her legal practice, Ginny has served as an Adjunct Professor at Florida State University College of Law, teaching courses on litigation skills and international dispute resolution.
