A member of the Litigation & Disputes Service Line, Alison focuses her practice on construction litigation and commercial litigation. She counsels general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in all aspects of the construction industry, as well as individuals and businesses across various sectors.
Alison's litigation experience includes:

- Real property claims
- Corporate and fiduciary
An active member of her community, Alison is involved in numerous organizations both personally and professionally. She earned her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law, and she holds a bachelor's degree in political science and government from the University of Florida. During law school, she clerked for a local civil litigation firm and interned for the Honorable Mark W. Klingensmith of the Fourth District Court of Appeal. Outside of work, Alison loves to travel, go for walks on Bayshore Boulevard, and spend time with her husband and family.
