Carol A. Gordon

Paralegal

A Florida Registered Paralegal and a certified paralegal in the Wealth Strategies Service Line, Carol has been with the firm for almost 40 years. She works closely with families and individuals to assist them in handling their legal and financial affairs and primarily focuses on estate and trust administration; guardianships, which include day-to-day financial trust matters; and final settlement and distribution. Additionally, she deals with guardianship matters for both adults and minors.

Deciding to pursue a career as a paralegal in her first year of college, Carol began taking legal classes, as well as interning with several law firms and the State Attorney's Office. As an involved member of her community, Carol loves volunteering for various community events such as those held by the American Diabetes Association, the American Cancer Society, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Sarasota County.

Carol is widowed from her wonderful husband of more than 30 years. She's the mother of two grown children and has two granddaughters and one grandson. Carol loves spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite past-time is going to the beach or hanging out by the pool, with shopping a close second.
