As Director of Human Resources and Recruitment, Wendy fosters a positive, inclusive culture and safe environment for all professionals, employees, and guests. With three decades of experience, she is familiar with supervising and providing consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, recruitment, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
Wendy is the President of the Northwest Ohio Association of Legal Administrators is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the National Association of Law Placement. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughter play softball and her son play drums in a church band. Wendy also enjoys reading, riding motorcycles, running, and playing golf.
