Andrew P. Stevens

Andrew is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Service Line, where he focuses his practice on patent prosecution and intellectual property (IP) litigation.

Through previous opportunities at a global law firm, an IP boutique firm, and at NASA's Kennedy Space Center Office of the General Counsel, Andrew's legal experience includes:

  • Preparing and prosecuting patent applications in many technical disciplines (e.g., aerospace, mechanical, biomedical, software, and electrical)
  • U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) proceedings
  • Federal district court proceedings
  • Counseling clients in IP, corporate, and employment law matters

He has a distinct technical background that he developed while working in design and fluids engineering with the Test and Operations team at Kennedy Space Center. Andrew also worked in several research labs, most recently in advanced manufacturing. Andrew has a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and certificates in Engineering Project Management and leadership.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, long-distance running, and cooking.
