As a board certified construction lawyer, Christopher has successfully represented clients in all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts throughout Florida, in addition to private and commercial arbitration proceedings. He devotes a significant portion of his practice to construction litigation and counseling, trust and probate litigation, and guardianship matters.
Christopher’s practice also focuses on residential and commercial real estate matters of all types, from real estate transactions to working through developmental and construction-related issues. He represents companies, partnerships, and individuals involved in all aspects of the construction process, including:
- Owners and developers
- General and marine contractors
- Subcontractors
- Suppliers/materialmen
- Surety companies
- Construction lenders
Christopher is a frequent speaker on various legal issues and legislative initiatives impacting the construction industry, notably issues such as the Florida Construction Lien Law, green building, and construction licensing.
Outside the courtroom, Christopher enjoys the Florida lifestyle, including fishing and spending time outdoors. He also likes to fill his time reading and voraciously consuming podcasts.
