Clients turn to Jessica for her diligent and efficient, yet personable, approach to handling legal issues. She is a member of Shumaker's Litigation & Disputes Service Line, where she focuses her practice on personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and commercial litigation.
A graduate of the Emory University School of Law, Jessica gained valuable experience as an intern for Magistrate Judge Sean Flynn of the U.S. Middle District of Florida and as an extern for the Legal Unit of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). In addition, during law school, she worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Kay Levine, Professor of Law, and she gained practical experience on the Emory Law Negotiation Team.
As an undergraduate at the University of Central Florida, Jessica served as Chief Justice of the Judicial Branch of Student Government and graduated magna cum laude. Born and raised in Tampa, Jessica proudly served on the Game Day Operations Team for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling and listening to live music.
