A dedicated and compassionate litigator, Katharine is known for her practical, solution-oriented approach to resolving disputes. She works collaboratively with clients and opposing counsel alike, consistently striving to reach effective and professional outcomes. Her reputation for thoughtful advocacy and integrity has made her a trusted partner to both her clients and colleagues.
Before focusing her practice on business and real estate litigation, Katharine served as an Assistant State Attorney, where she gained significant trial and courtroom experience. During her tenure with the State Attorney's Office, she handled multiple jury trials, evidentiary hearings, and a wide range of motion practice—developing strong litigation instincts and a deep understanding of judicial procedure.
In addition to her legal practice, Katharine is actively involved in the community and the legal profession. She serves as a committee member for the Mainsail Art Festival, one of St. Petersburg's premier cultural events, and was appointed to the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors in February 2024. Through these roles, Katharine demonstrates her commitment to civic engagement and leadership within the legal field.
