Katharine is a dedicated and compassionate litigator with a strong commitment to achieving practical, results-driven solutions for clients. She takes a collaborative approach with clients and opposing counsel alike, working to resolve disputes effectively and professionally.

Katharine launched her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney, where she honed her trial advocacy skills and gained invaluable courtroom experience. During her tenure at the State Attorney's Office, she handled numerous jury trials, complex evidentiary challenges, and routine motion practice.

Today, she focuses her practice on business litigation, creditors' rights, and commercial bankruptcy. Her works spans contract drafting and related disputes, bankruptcy litigation, commercial financing, and landlord/tenant matters.

Outside the office, Katharine enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Roger, as well as running and cheering on the Florida Gators. She was elected to the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors in 2024 and served as President of the St. Petersburg Bar Association's Young Lawyer Section.
