Lou Tosi, Partner and Chair of the Environmental Practice Group in the Toledo office, along with Ken Weiss, Global Practice Leader of the environmental consulting firm, ERM, will be presenting an “Interactive Shale Development Conference: Changing Requirements and Policy Perspective – Developing Ohio’s Shale Resources.”

This event will host Ohio’s key legislative leaders discussing the ongoing debate to balance economic and environmental resources.  The panel of speakers will include: State Senators Shannon Jones, Cliff Hite, and Capri Cafaro; State Representative Dave Hall; Rick Simmers, Director of Ohio Division of Natural Resources Division of Oil and Gas Management; Wayne Struble, Chief Policy Director to Governor John Kasich; Bob Hodanbosi, Chief of Division of Air Pollution Control, Ohio EPA; and will be moderated by State Senator Mark Wagoner.
