Doug Cherry participated in a panel discussion entitled "E-Discovery: Practical Considerations for Everyday Practice" at the Sarasota County Bar Civil Trial Section Meeting. The panel covered emerging e-discovery rules including hot the e-discovery landscape changed over the past several years, practice tips to comply with civil rules, interpreting jurisprudence to understand e-discovery responsibilities in everyday practice, as well as ethical obligations and competency issues.
