Shumaker Partners Mike O’Callaghan and Mark Mercer, along with Craig Cox, President of Cox-Colvin & Associates and Kevin Fulk, Vice President of Environmental Services Geotechnical Consultants, Inc. presented at the OSBA Environmental Seminar on the topic, “Environmental Due Diligence in Connection with the Acquisition of Interests in Real Property.” In addition, Shumaker’s Columbus Managing Partner Mike Snyder was co-chair of the event and instrumental in the planning and organizing of it.
