TAMPA, FL – Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, is pleased to announce that Tampa associate Christopher M. Delp spoke at the Sarasota Manatee Manufacturers’ Association meeting on March 15, 2017. Chris discussed “Going Solar: Legal Considerations for Industrial Power Users.”
Chris served as in-house corporate counsel for a renewable energy manufacturing and construction company and has considerable experience guiding renewable energy construction projects from the earliest stages of feasibility and development through final completion. Monitoring regulatory developments and market trends, Chris provides guidance to project developers of projects in Florida, across the United States, and in Latin America.
Chris holds the degree of Juris Doctor, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law, where he served as an editor of the Stetson Law Review.
