COLUMBUS, OH – Shumaker Advisors Ohio, LLC is pleased to announce that Joseph M. Hollabaugh, Jr. has joined the Ohio team as Vice President.
Joe has been involved with the state government for over 20 years. He began his career working for Ohio State Senator Merle Grace Kearns as a page and constituent aid in the Ohio Senate. He served as an Assistant to the Chief of Staff in the Office of Ohio Governor Bob Taft and was the Political Director for the Ohio Victory 2000/Bush-Cheney Ohio Campaign. Joe also was a Legislative Liaison at the Ohio Department of Commerce. In 2003, Joe joined LNE Group, a public policy advocacy and government relations consulting firm, where he served as Vice President and registered lobbyist. Prior to joining Shumaker Advisors Ohio, Joe served as principal of JMH Management, an independent and multiple client government affairs, business development, political consulting, and trade association management firm representing a variety of corporate, association and industry clients at the state and local level.
Joe received his B.A., majoring in Political Science, from The Ohio State University.
